HimaliJadiButiyan Shatavari or Shatavar
Asparagus racemosus (Satavar, Shatavari, or shatamull, Shatavari or HimaliJadiButiyan Shatavari Asparagus Satamul) is a species of asparagus common throughout India and the Himalayas. It grows 1–2 m tall and prefers to take root in gravelly, rocky soils high up in piedmont plains, at 1,300–1,400 m elevation.

Health Benefits of Shatavari Powder
The shatavari name comes from Sanskrit and can be translated to “curer of a hundred diseases”. As the name implies, the list of conditions that shatavari is used to treat is quite long.
